Symphony of Heaven strikes while the iron burns with their third album, ORDO AURUM ARCHEIA!

After honing their craft for nearly a decade, the melodic blackened death metal act Symphony of Heaven returns three years after their last album to premiere their ferocious new offering, Ordo Aurum Archeia. Exploring a refined sound from their previous album, Symphony of Heaven pushes onward with six new songs, including the devastating “Portent of Flame.” The album as a whole presents a step in a new direction, while remaining true to the band’s roots; maintaining the brutality, while refining the majestic melody.

The album explores history as it may well have been, a concept record investigating an organization known simply as The Golden Order of the Almighty. As the album progresses, each song contains a glimpse into the history of this order, following members of their highest rank, Grandmaster. Traversing the ruins of Babylon to hunting of beasts thought to be mere legend, the album melds the history of the Order with the band’s performance.

Featuring performances from nearly every lineup the band has ever possessed, Symphony of Heaven delivers a dynamic rendition of death metal, blending soaring melodies with a sense of sorrow. The band, now composed of vocalist / guitarist Pathøs, bassist Turadh, and drummer Asaph, embarks on their journey as an independent act prepared to do whatever it takes to promote their vision and conquer all.
