STINKY RETURN WITH NEW LINEUP AND A BRAND NEW SONG!

Jason Hesley

After a lineup change at the end of 2022, STINKY is back with a song, 'Moonbow', with more modern influences, blending pop/punk choruses, hardcore verses and big, powerful breaks.

In a world where everything moves at high speed, in a society based on appearances, “Moonbow" encourages us to take the time to get to know the people around us and their realities. To look beyond appearances and the first impression we may have of others. STINKY gives us the chance to step back and appreciate the complex nuances of human relationships.

"There are things we notice, there are things we make up, things we show, things we sense, things we learn… when we take time.”

In the meantime, STINKY work on a new album for early 2024. The follow-up to 2020’s ‘Of Lost Things,’ praised by Outburn for its “solid melodic hardcore/punk that employs notes of Sick Of It All, Parkway Drive and Comeback Kid” and had the UK’s Down for Life citing its “monstrous anthems and full-on bangers.”

Since their formation a decade ago, STINKY has played more than 350 concerts across 15 different countries in support of their first three albums, 2015's “Against Wind and Tide,” 2017's “From Dead-End Street,” and 2020's “Of Lost Things.” While the band's name might seem curious to some, their music – a combustible mix of energy and aggression that the UK's Midlands Metalheads Radio says “makes you feel like you can headbutt through a brick wall” – unquestionably passes the test.
