Heruka will release their new EP, "Panacea", on March 21, 2025, through Rude Awakening Records. The EP features five new tracks and a re-recorded version of "Danza" from their 2001 demo Doxa Epicurea. The band continues to explore themes of suffering, death, and the inevitability of human fate, maintaining the dark, reflective tone of their previous work Memorie.
The lyrics are entirely in Italian, following a poetic structure that reinforces the melancholic atmosphere of the music. Musically, Panacea blends aggression with melodic depth, staying true to Heruka's black metal roots while expanding on the emotional weight of their sound. Self-produced and recorded with a raw, focused intensity, the EP captures the band’s current creative direction without losing the edge that defines their identity.
