Norwegian black metal act Malum return with “Towards Nothingness”

Hellstain Productions is set to release "Towards Nothingness", the upcoming 2-track EP from Norwegian black metal band Malum, arriving on CD and all digital platforms April 18. This new chapter extends the band’s vision of a bleak dystopian void, cold, faceless and oppressive, yet with undeniable weight and presence.

Emerging from the Norwegian underground in 2022, Malum quickly defined their sound through raw, melodic and atmospheric black metal steeped in themes of pain, rage and existential despair. Following the debut EP "Ad Mortem", their first full-length "In Nauseam" landed in 2023 and was later reissued on CD by Hellstain Productions. A series of shows across Norway and Belgium followed, laying the groundwork for what’s next.
