Mandroïd Of Krypton - Swiss Blackened Thrash-Metal Collective Share Their New Album Cosmic Sarcophagus!

Geneva-based prog-thrash/punk pioneers Mandroïd Of Krypton are thrilled to announce the full album stream of their highly anticipated third full-length release, Cosmic Sarcophagus, now streaming in full at No Clean Singing. The album, due for official release this Friday, November 29, 2024 via MTAF Records., is already making waves with critics who are lauding its adventurous, aggressive, and eccentric sound.

No Clean Singing, known for its support of cutting-edge metal, had this to say about the album: "I've made abundantly clear how much fun I think this album is — how ingenious and adventurous, how eccentric yet viscerally compelling it is. It’s a musical shapeshifter of a high order, and now you can take the ride toward far horizons for yourselves."

Check out the full album here.

Cosmic Sarcophagus marks a bold return for the Geneva-based quartet, arriving nine years after their previous album Hyperkaossmarket. The album brings a more direct, aggressive, and heavier sound, retaining the band’s signature blend of science fiction themes and radical ecological viewpoints. Lyrically, it paints dystopian imagery of a last stand on a ravaged planet with the hope of renewal, after chaos has taken its toll. Vocally, the album adds grit, while still maintaining their clean, chanted style, drawing on influences from old-school black and death metal.

Musically, Cosmic Sarcophagus explores a raw and adventurous mix of thrash-punk, progressive blackened elements, and a retro-futuristic vibe. Early Voïvod meets Dead Kennedys meets Mayhem—Mandroïd Of Krypton has once again crafted a unique and boundary-pushing sound. For fans of innovation and chaos, this album is a ride you won't want to miss.

The album will be available digitally and on a limited edition silver vinyl (250 copies), distributed by Irascible in Switzerland and Season of Mist worldwide. Prepare for an immersive and intense sonic experience that explores the dark corners of dystopian futures. Pre-order the album at this location.
