French Melodic Death/Doom act "Wurminan" just released on April 6th its debut album titled Immemorial Shrine on Pest Records.

Rooted in the atmospheric and emotionally charged landscapes of 90s death and doom metal, WURMIAN crafts a soundscape that merges melody and brutality, offering an immersive listening experience for fans of early Katatonia, In Flames, and Amorphis.

Founded in 2024 by Antoine Scholtes, the mastermind behind atmospheric black metal project Inherits The Void, WURMIAN emerges with a mission to resurrect the essence of classic melodic death doom. Drawing inspiration from the melancholic and introspective tones of bands like October Tide, Horrified, and Edge of Sanity, Immemorial Shrine embraces the duality of soaring melodies and crushing heaviness.
