CORPSEFUCKING ART to release TOMATIZED on Oct. 4th!

“Earth shall be ruled by a new breed of sentient beings!”

The world as you know it is crumbling around you, the walls of reality collapsing beneath a tsunami of screaming colours and deranged impossibilities. Bacterial holocaust invoked by the impetuous experiments of meddling scientists, alien invasion and gargantuan plant life with rapacious appetites! Books of the dead and restless spirits, a violent revolution of the creatures of the sea, mankind consumed as the protagonists of tales of horror walk the streets! Are you awake or dreaming? Is this a nightmare or encroaching insanity? It is all of this and more…you are lost in the gore-soaked madness of the mind of Corpsefucking Art!

“Behold the kingdom of cyclopic tomatoes!”

It’s been six years now since the release of the last Corpsefucking Art album, the excellent Splatterphobia, but at long last the Italian purveyors of sonic grotesqueries have returned…and they’re better – and more dangerously deranged – than ever! New album Tomatized combines magnificent death metal and utter madness as only Corpsefucking Art can. The opening, title track welcomes us into this madhouse with massive, crunching, grinding riffs, drum beats of insane force and shuddering impact and those sewer-dwelling vocals, laced with threat and promises of slaughter. Whatever the wild stories being told in the lyrics, this music will still tear you limb from limb. ‘Hell Of The Living Dead’ follows with some glorious, blood-spattered riffs that underline the sheer satisfying brilliance of Corpsefucking Art’s mastery of death metal. The quality never drops for a second as infectious hooks and bowel shaking rhythms are delivered with intense focus and relentless power, the exceptional music infusing the bizarre humour with an unnerving darkness. The massive sludge of ‘The Book Of The Dead’ is like drowning in congealing blood and ‘Phantasm’ dices and dissects with practised ease. ‘Escape From Alpha City’ provides the fantastically unhinged conclusion to this carnival ride through chaos and carnage, setting the seal on what is surely the finest, most entertaining and strangely unsettling death metal album ever to escape from the Corpsefucking Art asylum.

“Now I’m here – stuck in this vegetable inferno!”

When Comatose Music unlock the padded cell containing Tomatized on October 4th, the impact will be seismic. Thanks to the engineering and mixing skills of Alessio Cattaneo (Hideous Divinity, Satanika etc) and the mastering wizardry of Stefano Morabito (Fleshgod Apocalypse, Hour Of Penance, Vomit The Soul etc) the sound on this album is immense; raw, bloody and richly textured – every word, beat and note landing with brutal force. The fantastic package is completed by the artwork of Pierre De Palmas (Impetigo, Cliteater etc) – you will never look at tomatoes in the same way again. If you love death metal, then Tomatized is unmissable. Be ready for the vegetable invasion!

“I’m in a mental hospital. Where are my tomato friends?”
