Rio de Janeiro-based symphonic heavy metal band Revengin has announced the release of their second album, Dark Dogma Embrace, set for April 11. The album will be launched under the Italian label Wormhole Death Records, marking a significant milestone in the band's 17-year career. The new chapter introduces modern elements while preserving the group’s signature sound, characterized by synthesizers and sequencers.
The band has already released three singles from the album - "Circle of Mistakes", "Decadent Feeling", and "Wish You The Same but Worse" - accompanied by music videos. These tracks showcase a distinctive blend of intensity, progressive structures, cinematic depth, and melancholic tones, reinforcing Revengin’s commitment to high-quality production.
“'Dark Dogma Embrace' is a deeply personal album, delving into emotions we often try to suppress or ignore. It’s more visceral, darker, and incorporates modern elements alongside our traditional orchestrations. One major evolution is in the vocals, which explore a broader range beyond the lyrical style,” said lead vocalist Bruna Rocha.
