‘THE ECSTASY OF DEATH’ is the stand alone single from Montréal based extreme metal project THE LISTENER. The song is a slight departure from previous releases, as it embraces a more technical approach while maintaining the core elements of THE LISTENER’S sound.

THE LISTENER formed in 2018 as a project that strives to experiment; combining elements of death, black, progressive and hardcore with the goal to create a timeless sound unlike anything else. ‘THE ECSTASY OF DEATH’ is co-produced by THE LISTENER and Simon Petit and is mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege Mastering Studio.
